Question: Do you plan on increasing your rates and or charging fees at a later date that are not being charged right now?

Answer: It is 100% free to join and place regular ads and listings on FAEBAE. We do have optional listing "upgrades" as well as other site resources that do require a small fee. We do not intend on making any drastic changes to our current listing fee structure. However, we do plan on introducing additional new features and services which may or may not have a fee. Bottom line, FAEBAE will remain affordable and offer Sellers choices.

Question: Is your site secure?

Answer: Yes, FAEBAE is a secure site. We also do all transactions at this time via PayPal. You should feel comfortable and at ease here with us at FAEBAE!

Question: How do I open a FAEBAE Store?

Answer: First you must be a registered with FAEBAE. Login to your account and look for the link that says "Purchase Storefront Subscription". Even though it says "purchase" it is currently FREE to open a store with us, but you still have to go through the checkout process. Once you add the store subscription to you cart, check out. Then return to your account and find the "Storefront Control Panel" link.

Click on that link and it will launch the Storefront editor. Follow the instructions. You can create custom pages and categories, turn on a newsletter, upload a store logo etc.

There is nothing more required after setting up your store, your listings are automatically pulled in!

TIP

Before placing listings, open your store. This way you can set up your personal store categories first, during the listing process you will be asked to also pick the storefront category for your item. This will save you time!

Question: How do I pay for an item I've purchase from a seller?

Sellers on FAEBAE have the option of setting up their listings with an automatic payment link. If the Seller uses this feature, you will see a payment link in your "Current Bids and Purchases section". You will also recieve email notifications upon winning or buying a FAEBAE listing. This payment link will also be within the email.

However, if you do not recieve a payment link right away or see one in your account area, the Seller plans to invoice you directly. Just give the Seller ample time to contact you. We always encourage sellers to list their invoicing method within their listings so you will know what to expect.

Question: How do I invoice a buyer?

Each time you place a listing, you have the option of using the PayPal payment link feature. If you select this, the winner will recieve a payment link within their winning buyer notification email and will also have a link in their account that they can click and pay you via paypal.

If you don't use this feature, simply invoice your buyer directly through your own PayPal account or other secure invoice application.

Please note that FAEBAE is not involved with any transactions between buyer and seller.

Question: Can I use FAEBAE even though I am in another Country?

NEW Answer: Yes! And we are currently adding new languages so you can experience FAEBAE in your own Cultural Language! If during registration your Country or Country Code is not available, please let us know so we can add it for you! FAEBAE's site currency is set at USD rates.

You can list in your own currency as well.

Question: Is nudity allowed in listings?

Answer: At NO time will Pornographic material be allowed. You will find a "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of each listing page. If you see something that is offensive please use this link to contact us so that we may review this particular listing for removal. However, artist nudity is allowed. There will be a site wide disclaimer in place.
