Welcome to the Official FaeBae Digital COA Generator!

The purpose of the Digital Certificate of Authenticity Generator is so that FaeBae Artist's have a place to easily validate their work by posting it within our Digital COA Database, a free service to all Artists, and to also offer a Digital Copy in .pdf format for a small fee to include with your artwork to your Collectors.

The sample below is to show you the basic format and layout we offer. You DO NOT have to purchase a Digital Copy of your COA, that is optional. You can simply have your artwork within our COA Database here on-line. But in order to purchase a .pdf version, you must first create a COA in your account.

This is a perfect way of helping you Copyright your artwork as once you have published a COA within the secure FaeBae database, it can no longer be edited or moved unless express authorization is given by the Artist directly to FaeBae. The only thing that is allowed to be edited after publishing is it's SOLD status and if you provide a link to where the piece or item can be sold. This is to help others know if your piece is available and where it can be purchased. This is also very helpful if your original Collector/Buyer informs you of their intend to sell your original work. You can request they provide you with this information and then update your COA showing that it's available again for purchase. We will eventually have an "availability" section so that Collector's can search for available pieces here. Although we hope you support us by listing with us on FaeBae, links to your artwork on other auctions sites are allowed.

This feature is NEW and we will be continuing to enhance it's features as we go along, but feedback is vital for the debugging process. Please use the support form here to submit your inquries. About the .pdf versions:

At the time you publish your COA you will be given the opportunity to purchase a .pdf version.

You will need to fill out a short form with your selections for your digital copy to be created.

We encourage you to please give us at least 48 business hours in order to complete your pdf. It will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail address provided. It is up to you to choose the stock paper for you to print it on. We do not offer support for printing your COA's. We also cannot provide you with any other image formats. We can offer you choice of font, font color, and border art. We can apply a watermarked image (like shown above) of the artwork that applies to the COA being generated. Smaller images of the piece, front, back, sides, top and bottom can be included as well. There is a max for descrptions as we need to be able to fit everything within the proper dimensions, and yes, you can provide us with your dimension requirements to fit your card stock choice. Your COA must be signed by you, the Original Artist, in order for it to be valid. If you register your piece here, we encourage you to include it's ID # on your COA. You are also encouraged to number your pieces and include your own special ID to further protect your artwork.

You must be the original Artist in order to purchase a digital copy of the COA. Validation will be required prior to delivery. The e-mail that is used to set up your account must match the e-mail address we are delivering the COA to. No exceptions. This is not to protect us, it is to protect Artist's against potential unethical business practices of others. FaeBae, it's Owner, Operators, Partners, Affilates, Agents, Other Members and or Developers are not responsible for misuse of this tool. It is up to each Artist to remain ethical and honest when posting their work and to obide all laws pertaining to Copyrights. You may report any unethical use of our service to us directly by using the contact form provided on this site. FaeBae's Terms of Use for this service is outlined and agreed upon each time a COA is added. The information provided here is made PUBLIC for display as a searchable database. All transactions made for the purchase of our .pdf COA versions are done through PAYPAL ONLY. No electronic transactions are ever performed on our site. We are not responsible for the content or claims made by Artist's, this is a FREE service.
