Here we have a gorgeous vintage ring! Size is 3.5, great pinky ring. Alas it doesn't fit my skinny fingers!
It's sterling silver, filigree, the stone is probably glass, it has an etched star. Quite heavy!! 2cms=3/4 inch tall at the widest point
